License Agreement

a. You may use the Resources in unlimited personal, commercial, or client projects.

b. You may modify, adapt, and customize the Resources as needed for your specific use.

c. You may integrate the Resources into websites, applications, or other digital products, provided they are not offered as standalone files.

a. You may not resell, sublicense, distribute, or share the Resources, either in original or modified form, as standalone files or within any product library or design system for resale or redistribution.

b. You may not use the Resources to develop derivative templates, themes, or toolkits intended for resale on marketplaces or similar platforms.

c. You may not archive, host, or store the Resources outside the scope of your active license or subscription for future unauthorized use.

d. You may not use the Resources in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

e. Excessive or automated downloading, API misuse, or other behavior suggesting abuse of access rights may result in termination of this license without prior notice.

All Resources remain the intellectual property of FastFlow. No ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee under this Agreement. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.

FastFlow may, but is not obligated to, provide updates, bug fixes, improvements, or support services. Availability of support may depend on your current subscription plan.

a. The Resources are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

b. FastFlow shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Resources.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. FastFlow reserves the right to terminate the license at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Resources and permanently delete any copies in your possession.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Clovis, New Mexico.
